I'm Chelsea.

Working overseas and then curating my first home in Nashville gave me the insight that great and beautiful treasures go to waste all the time and we can do something about it.

I started Chelsea Friday Furniture to connect overlooked treasures with the homes where they will decorate the stage of life.

Furniture isn't just a commodity. It is in the backdrops of your photos, the chairs where you have good conversations, the barstools where you laugh with your friends over dips & a glass of wine, and the table where game night chaos ensues. Our furniture is the set on which our lives play out, and it should be meaningful and beautiful.

Do you take returns?

Why would you want to return such great stuff? Please. Next question.

Ok, for real though: We will give you store credit if you bring your item(s) back within 1 week of purchase and they are in perfect condition (i.e. they have no stains, animals, or damage). 

How do we buy?

With money. Obviously.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, Tennessee is really picky about us helping pay for roads and stuff, so we charge 9.75% sales tax on every purchase.

Unless you are a tax-exempt organization or company - and hey, way to go! - at which point we’d need to see your certificate to remove the tax & provide you with a receipt of purchase.

Will you hold my item with payment?

Yes! A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price is required for us to keep all the other customers away from your haul.

How long will you hold my item(s) if I can’t pick up immediately?

We realize sometimes you need your new stuff to crash with us another night or two before bringing it home, but once it's not ours anymore it's gotta pay rent to stay in our space! 

Items must be picked up within one week of payment unless agreed upon in writing with Chelsea Friday. After that, 10% of the item cost will be charged daily until retrieved. After 21 days, you forfeit your right to pick up your item. 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery within Davidson County and 20 miles outside that radius. 

Delivery fees will be quoted based on expected mileage and labor required. (For example, are there stairs? How many floors? Does the CFF team need to move other furniture in order to place your items? Slay any fire-breathing dragons on our way in? Etc.)

Do you offer shipping?

And miss out on meeting you? Come on.

We currently do not offer shipping, but we might in the future as we continue to grow! 

We have some great pieces at our home that we no longer need! Do you offer consignment?

We are passionate about re-homing furniture and are always willing to take a look at your photos to assess if your item(s) may be a fit for our store.

Please be prepared with information about duration of ownership, brand, current quality, and any damage.

We may buy the item(s) outright from you or offer a percentage on consignment.
