Ok, for real though: We will give you store credit if you bring your item(s) back within 1 week of purchase and they are in perfect condition (i.e. they have no stains, animal hair/odors, or damage).

The store credit is good for one year.

Yes, Tennessee is really picky about us helping pay for roads and stuff, so we charge 9.75% sales tax on every purchase.

Unless you are a tax-exempt organization or company - and hey, way to go! - at which point we’d need to see your certificate to remove the tax & provide you with a receipt of purchase.

Yes! A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price is required for us to keep all the other customers away from your haul for one week. After that, the item will be released back onto the market.

We realize sometimes you need your new stuff to crash with us another night or two before bringing it home, but once it's not ours anymore it's gotta pay rent to stay in our space! 

Here is how our storage policy works: 

• Items must be picked up within 2 weeks of payment unless otherwise arranged with management or the owner.
• Storage fees are then charged weekly, pro-rated by day at pickup, as follows:

Small items (rugs, barstools, chairs, art, etc.): $25/week 

Large items (dining tables, coffee tables, sofas, etc.): $50/week

• If you do incur a fee, you will be required to pay it when you pick-up your item(s).
• After 30 days, you forfeit your right to pick up your item(s) & any storage fees paid toward it. Forfeited items will be returned to the showroom floor for resale.

Yes! We offer delivery within Davidson County & up to 40 miles outside that radius. 

Delivery fees will be quoted based on expected mileage and labor required. (For example, are there stairs? How many floors? Does the CFF team need to move other furniture in order to place your items? Slay any fire-breathing dragons on our way in? Etc.)

And miss out on meeting you? Come on.

We currently do not offer shipping, but we might in the future as we continue to grow! 

We occasionally purchase pre-owned pieces that are a strong fit for our store — but we're pretty selective!

We're looking for items that are in mint condition, match our aesthetic (think: modern, boho, farmhouse, coastal, MCM, eclectic — not traditional or heavily ornate), and are brand-name or high-quality pieces.

Honest note: if you have a valuable piece in great condition, you'll likely get more for it selling directly on Facebook Marketplace — but if you'd rather skip the hassle, we're happy to take a look.
